Oukitel bets on traditional design for the Oukitel K8

The Asian firm Oukitel presented a few weeks ago the Oukitel K7, a terminal with a 10.000 mAh battery and which we have talked about on some occasions in Androidsis. But it is not the only terminal that the company plans to launch throughout this year, since at the end of July it will present the Oukitel K8.

Traditionally, the Asian company has named some of its terminals using battery capacity. This time it will not be like that, since the K8 will have a 5.000 mAh battery, reaffirming the support for the main virtue that all its terminals offer us: battery life.

The Oukitel K8 will offer us a screen with resolution 6-inch Full HD and 18: 9 format, along with a dual camera system rear accompanied by a fingerprint sensor on the back of the device. Oukitel has not wanted to follow the market trend and is committed to traditional design, where the upper and lower frames are present and quite pronounced. For now, creating a smartphones resistant to shocks, falls in addition to water and with a large battery seems to be at odds with the design.

The material used on the back of the device is polycarbonate, with a special layer that shows us an appearance and metallic touch but without being a magnet for fingerprints. Inside the device, we find a 5.000 mAh battery more than enough to withstand a couple of days of intensive use without having to go through the charger at any time.

For now, we have no more specifications regarding the processor, but most likely it is managed by an 8-core processor manufactured by MeidiaTek. We do not know the starting price either, but if you are interested, you just have to keep reading us. We will continue to inform.
