You have the option to apply the wallpaper to both the desktop like to lock screen wallpaper, although this last option is only available for those who have Android 7.0 Nougat.
You can choose between wallpaper of the land, landscapes, cityscapes, life, textures and animated wallpapers to select the Daily Wallpaper mode and so it is the application itself that is in charge of putting one of some of the chosen themes. Although it does not have as much variety in backgrounds as other applications, you will have access to all those wonderful wallpapers that Google is including in each version of Android.
