The process for this is extremely simple and fast. We simply have to open Telegram and, assuming that the synchronization of contacts is activated, click on the upper left corner of the app, on the three horizontal bars positioned in parallel. If you don't have the option to sync contacts enabled, go to Settings> Privacy and security> Synchronize contacts.
Then we click on Contacts, which is the second box of the displayed window. There we will find all the contacts on your phone that have a Telegram account associated with it, without further ado. However, some of those contacts that appear to you may no longer use Telegram actively. To check this, you can see the last connection time and / or send a message to that contact.
