[APK] How to install Xposed on Lollipop

One of the applications that users who like the mod on Android tend to look for the most, that is, modify their Android terminals, apart from applications for Get Easy Root on Android, is the sensational application of Xposed Framework from which we are given the possibility of flash mods or modules to configure our Android terminal to our liking.

In this practical tutorial, with the help of a video, I am going to show you the correct way to install Xposed on Lollipop, or what is the same, to enjoy Xposed Framework in Android versions 5.0 / 5.1 Lollipop. So do not miss a detail of this post where I explain how to install Xposed in Lollipop versions as well as the minimum necessary requirements and the precautions to take so as not to have any type of problem.

Requirements to bear in mind

The requirements to take into account before proceeding with the installing Xposed on Lollipop, are mandatory and go through meeting these five essential requirements:

1. Only for Android terminals with armv7 architecture.
2. Have an Android terminal with a Lollipop version, that is Android 5.0 onwards.
3. Having the rooted terminal and with Modified recovery.
4. Perform a nandroid backup of the whole system before proceeding with the flashing of the zip.
5. Enable from Settings / Security the options to be able install apps from unknown sources.

In the following video that I attach I show you make a correct backup or nandroid backup of our entire operating system. Which, in case of non-compatibility with the zip that we will have to flash from the Recovery, will allow us to return the device as we had it before the zip was flashed.

Notice to keep in mind if you are a Samsung user

If you are a Samsung user who is shooting a Original Stock Rom Lollipop, you should bear in mind that it is very likely that this way of installing Xposed in Lollipop will not work for you due to the changes that Samsung has made in ART. Even so, if you want to risk testing whether or not it will work on your Android terminal, you can do so as long as you perform the aforementioned and essential backup nandroid backup of the entire system from the recovery. In this way you will be able to recover the terminal again if necessary by simply restarting in recovery mode.

If you are a Samsung user but you are in a AOSP Lollipop Rom like ParanoidAndroid, Cyanogenmod 12, etc, etc, you can follow this tutorial without problems as it will work perfectly.

Files Needed to Install Xposed on Lollipop

The files needed to be able install Xposed on Lollipop You can get them thanks to XDA friends, some files that you can find directly on the official Xposed Lollipop thread or in the links that I leave below:

• XposedInstaller3-0Alpha2.apk

Once both files have been downloaded, we will copy them to the internal memory of our Android terminal and follow the simple flashing instructions that I explain step by step in the video attached to the header of this article.
