Xiaomi restructures its directive again

With the end of the year approaching, several companies, such as telephone companies, often reorganize their structures from top to bottom. Right now, Xiaomi is an example of this, as well as Asus, although he has only made one change in his top management: the firm has appointed Wang Chuan as its president in China. In addition, in other areas it has also modified some positions.

The brand sent a memo to its workers today announcing changes in its organizational structure.. The memo is mainly focused on changes to Xiaomi's office in China, giving the country's business arm a new boss and new top executives. This is the second organizational restructuring this year. The first was in September.

Co-founder Wang Chuan now leads Xiaomi in China. In the note, Xiaomi says that it is creating a China trade region formed from what used to be originally known as the China Sales and Service Department, which will be headed by Wang Chuan. This new director is co-founder and is also senior vice president and chief of staff of the Xiaomi Group. Part of his previous responsibilities also covered strategy development and implementation alongside the CEO. (Find out: The president of Xiaomi hints at the launch of a phone with a 48 MP camera)
