Vivo has launched two new high-performance smartphones. These are the Vivo X60 and X60 Pro, pair of high-end terminals that share the same processor chipset, which is not different from the new one Samsung Exynos 1080, mobile platform that was launched in November.
Both terminals are practically identical, with little differences that we can find in the camera systems they boast about, as well as in their dimensions and weights. The characteristics and complete technical specifications of these smartphones are detailed below.
All about the new Vivo X60 and X60 Pro
For starters, both the Vivo X60 and X60 Pro feature an AMOLED technology panel that has a diagonal of 6.56 inches and a FullHD + resolution of 2.376 x 1.080 pixels, resulting in a 19.8: 9 display format. In turn, this screen is compatible with HDR10 + and has a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
The mobile platform that both mobiles carry under their hood, as we already anticipated, is the Samsung's Exynos 1080, which is 5 nanometers. This piece is eight-core and works at a maximum clock frequency of 2.8 GHz thanks to a Cortex-A78 core. The other remaining cores are given like this: 3x Cortex-A78 at 2.6 GHz + 4x Cortex-A55 at 2.0 GHz. Here we must also highlight the GPU of the same, which is the Mali G78.
The RAM of both smartphones is of type LPDDR5; This comes in two versions for the standard variant, which are 8 and 12 GB, and only the latter is available for the Pro model. There are also variants of internal storage space of 128 and 256 GB of type UFS 3.1; here also the 256 GB is only in the Pro version. In addition, the battery is compatible with 33 W fast charging technology, but in the case of the Vivo X60 it is 4.300 mAh and in that of the Vivo X60 Pro it is 4.200 mAh .
The camera system of the first is triple and consists of a 48 MP main sensor with f / 1.48 aperture, a 13 MP wide-angle and macro lens with f / 2.2 aperture and 120-degree field of view, and a 13 MP sensor with f / 2.46 aperture for portrait mode. The Pro version also has a fourth lens, which is an 8 MP periscope with f / 3.4 aperture and 5X optical zoom. The front camera of both is 32 MP with aperture f / 2.45; this is located in the holes in the screen that they have.
Other varied features of the Vivo X60 and X60 Pro include dual 5G / 4G connectivity, Wi-Di 6, dual GPS, the Android 11 operating system under the OriginOS 1.0 customization layer, and an on-screen fingerprint reader.

Both phones have been launched in China. There is no global launch date for these mobiles, but their announced prices are as follows:
- Vivo X60 with 8GB / 128GB: 3.498 yuan (436 euros at the exchange rate)
- Vivo X60 with 8GB / 256GB: 3.798 yuan (474 euros at the exchange rate)
- Vivo X60 with 12GB / 256GB: 3.998 yuan (499 euros at the exchange rate)
- Vivo X60 Pro with 12GB / 256GB: 4.498 yuan (561 euros at the exchange rate)
