One of the new features implemented in Pixel Launcher, if it can be called that given its implementation for more than a year in Blackberry Launcher as Shourcouts3 Widgets, are the Launcher Shourcouts by Pixel Launcher.
The Launcher Shourcouts of Pixel Launcher come to be a kind of 3d Touch, the new functionality added to Apple iPhones, which through a special screen that detects different pressure levels, is capable of interacting in different ways by pressing on the screen at different pressure levels. The big difference between Apple's 3d Touch and these Pixel Launcher Launcher Shourcouts, is that unlike Apple iPhones that need a screen with Forze touch technology, in the new Google terminals or in any application that you want implement, you will be able to enjoy this kind of 3d Touch without having to have one of these special screens and consequently, we will be able to enjoy it in any Android terminal and with any application that wants to implement it in its code.
In the attached video that I have left you in the header of this post, it is shown to us from one of these new Google terminals, the Google Pixel and from its user interface or Launcher Pixel Launcher, the operation of these so-called Launcher Shourcouts.
As I have already explained to you in the odd post, this is already available to Android users today by installing applications such as 3 Action Launcher, an application that implements the Launcher Shourcouts of Pixel Launcher, although for this you must purchase its paid or Premium version, which costs us 4,99 Euros.
Then we have some other free option such as Blackberry Launcher, the launcher for Blackberry Android terminals, an application launcher that was the first to implement an option very similar to these Quickcuts or Launcher Shourcouts from Pixel Launcher, and which now We can download it completely free via the Play Store by just clicking on the link that I have left a little above these lines.
This functionality built into Blackberry Launcher, a functionality that has been in the Blackberry launcher for more than a year, gives us the possibility by means of a simple gesture of Swipe up or down, to configure a kind of Quickcuts or Launcher Shourcouts with which we will be shown a floating Widget of the selected application.
Without a doubt this of the Launcher Shourcouts, quickcuts, Shourcouts widget or whatever you want to call this new feature added in Android, it is a new functionality that will fill the Android operating system with fresh air and to the applications that decide to implement it in their source code, and for now, as Google has assured, this new functionality added to the Google Pixel and its Pixel Launcher, for the moment and until a good time passes, will be an added functionality or feature that we can only find in the new Google terminals.
Let's hope and trust, just as it happened just a month ago when a Pixel Launcher apk to be installed manually on any Android terminal, the great Android community get ready and get to work as soon as possible so that we can enjoy the new Google Pixel Launcher of the Google Pixel on any Android terminal and with this new functionality called Launcher Shourcouts that simulates Apple's 3d Touch and that, as we see in the attached video that I have left you at the beginning of this post, works but very well.
