Formerly the limit for video loading was 30 seconds, so that now any user has their 140 seconds to take them to fame. Of course, selected editors will be able to continue with that 10-minute limit for their videos in a professional way.
Twitter has also used the same blog post to announce that they will soon be able to be seen Longer videos on Vine, also up to 140 seconds.
