The latest news related to this second generation suggests that lThe batteries will have practically the same capacity.
The Twitter account @_the_tech_guy, has published two images where we can see theThe two capacities of the batteries of this second generation, a capacity that is 15 mAh less than that offered by the first generation. The first generation offered us a total of 4.380 mAh in two batteries combined (2.135 mAh + 2.245 mAh), while this second will be 4.365 mAh (2.275 mAh + 2.090 mAh).
Will we have the same battery life?
Galaxy Fold reviews show some of the typical defects of a first generation and where the battery is not one of them, despite its 2 screens and 6 cameras. This second generation will use a similar design to the first generation, increasing the outer size of the screen to almost 6,5 inches and reducing the screen crease, to show a design similar to the Galaxy Z Flip.
The 15 mAh difference is probably negligible. In addition, added to the best in the processors of this new generation, they will hardly affect the consumption of the battery despite offering a 120 Hz refresh rate, this screen will only be in operation at the request of the user, so natively this will be 60 Hz.
