If you have access to the * Play Store *, buy a * Nexus 4 16GB * for half of what a Galaxy S3 is worth and with the same or better technical specifications.

The only solution to the SDS is to change the rom to a current one, after January 2013 .. although it is assumed that any stock rom of 4.1.2 works and has the fix from samsung .. I would still recommend that it be a more current one.
