Of the 345 million monthly users that Spotify has, 155 million are paying users, which represents an increase of 11 million compared to the previous quarter. The number of users of the free version has increased to 190 million.
However, and despite the fact that the company continues to add both free users and paid subscribers, Spotify continues to generate losses, although these are being reduced thanks to the increase in the price in some countries of family plans and an increase in the money generated through advertising.
