From the television series West World we were quite surprised for those phones that were capable of folding at any time to go from the more smartphone format to one more like a tablet. A technological innovation that is not only about fiction series, but could also be a reality in less than we think.
It is very possible that at MWC 2017, that event so important for the mobile scene, the first Samsung foldable device. Quite a surprise for a brand that has passed from that fair to celebrate in Barcelona, and that would not leave so disheveled if it is able to present a terminal with those ways and peculiarities.
The Korean manufacturer would use the internal presentations that are left for the press, to astonish the present with a terminal that would have the ability to be folded according to the needs of the user at the time.
We have already known that both Samsung and LG would be willing to bring us this year its two proposals as folding devices, although we did not think that it would be in the month of February when we would have the first blow given by the manufacturer that devised the Galaxy series. It would be a good blow to the table to bring us another type of format very different from the one we have become accustomed to in these years.
If you have been able to see the television series West World, surely you will have a better idea of all the opportunities that can be given when we carry such a device. Aside from portability, as it can be folded, it could act as a small tablet at all times.
We'll see if it finally stays in the presentation of a real product for the next few months and Samsung once again indicates the way we have to go for the following years.
