Requirements to bear in mind
Having a Samsung Galaxy S2 model GT-I9100 rooted and with the Clockworkmod Recovery flashed, in addition to the fully charged battery and USB debugging enabled from the settings of the terminal to be flashed.
Once this is verified, we download the zip from the rom and the zip from the Gapps and copy them directly without decompressing to the Galaxy S2 internal sdcard, then, we restart in recovery-mode and we proceed to follow the flashing instructions.
Rom installation method
Once in the main recovery screen we will do the following:
- Wipe data factory reset
- Wipe cache partition
- Advanced / wipe dalvik cache
- Go Back
- Install zip from sdcard
- Choose zip from sdcard
- We select the zip of the rom and install it
- Install zip from sdcard
- Choose zip from sdcard
- We select the zip of the Gapps and install them
- Reboot system now
With this you will have the rom completely installed and functional 100 x 100; if you want to change the Kernel or modemYou can do it for the one you like the most or that suits your needs, although it is not recommended as battery consumption skyrockets, and the ROM's own Kernel works perfectly.

You change the MTP mode to Mass Storage, reboot, and voila!
