In the latest edition of the IFA, an electronics fair that takes place every year in the city of Berlin, we had the opportunity to test the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom, a device that stood out for its optical zoom camera and that left us with very good feelings. .

ASUS recently presented its ASUS ZenFone Zoom, a terminal similar to the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom, although with a lower optical zoom, to compete with the Korean manufacturer. Well, Samsung will counterattack shortly by presenting the successor to the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom, or so we can assume after seeing these images.

And it is that a series of images have been leaked that show a new Samsung patent that could well be a new member of the Zoom range, exactly the successor to the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom.

Looking at the images of the patents, recently filed by the manufacturer in the USPTO, the patent agency of South Korea, they show a new design with a large lens on the back, something that we are used to seeing in a mid-range digital camera, not in a smartphone.

This new design looks more attractive and less cumbersome than the Galaxy K Zoom. although the patent images do not show the flash, it is speculated with the possibility that finally it is located on the module of the camera.

Also if you look at the image shown by the lens, we can see a red arrow indicating where the flash will most likely be located. It could even be a sensor with a laser focus function.

It remains to wait until March 1, the date on which Samsung will present its new members of the Galaxy range, both the Samsung Galaxy S6 like Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge to see if the manufacturer finally takes the opportunity to present the successor to the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom.
