As the series launch day approaches Redmi Note 8There is more data that we are obtaining on its characteristics and technical specifications, as well as on the performance and photographic capabilities of the two models that will make it up.
To add new information to everything we have been unveiling these days, AnTuTu is the protagonist now and shows us the power that the Pro model will show off. In his test platform he has passed to record his scores in the different sections that are usually evaluated by benchmark, and we show how well he did.
Much is expected of Redmi Note 8, but more of the Redmi Note 8 Pro, which is logical because it is the most advanced variant of the first. Despite that, it is possible that it integrates the same photographic section than his younger brother; that is, it would carry exactly the same camera sensors, although it is likely that, except for the main one (which is already confirmed to be 64 MP), the others are somewhat better and with higher resolutions.
But okay, focusing on the scoop now, the Pro model has obtained a final score of 281,033 in the evaluation, as can be clearly seen in the screenshot above. This high figure could be due to Mediatek's new Helio G90T System-on-Chip, the eight-core chipset that can reach a maximum clock frequency of 2.05 GHz thanks to its two Cortex-A76 cores and 2.0 GHz to its six Cortex-A55 cores. A76, as well as its 800 MHz quad-core Mali-GXNUMX GPU.
Reviewing the characteristics of this SoC a bit, it is worth noting that it is based on the design of the 12 nm FinFET node. In addition, it supports 21: 9 aspect ratio displays, a screen refresh rate of up to 90 Hz, the HDR10 standard, up to 10 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.1 storage.
