In a recent development, Oppo Vice President and President of Global Marketing Brian Shen took to Weibo to discuss the arrival of the Oppo Find X2. Furthermore, the founder and CEO of the brand, Chen Mingyong, recently said in an interview that The company will introduce the Find X2 in the first quarter of 2020.
The executive added that the chipset phone Snapdragon 865 will bring an extraordinary 5G experience. However, neither Mingyong nor Shen shared details about the Find X2's specifications, in order not to reveal any more secrets ahead of the device's launch.
The Oppo Reno Ace, which had been made official in October last year, had arrived as the world's first phone with the 65-watt fast-charging capabilities. This was made possible by the company's SuperVOOC 2.0 Flash Charge technology. OPPO's lead developer for VOOC Flash Charge, Tian Chen had recently claimed that only Oppo can beat its own fast charging tech. It remains to be seen if the Find X2 comes with a faster or improved 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 version.
The Find X2 will offer a higher resolution, a wider dynamic range, and better refresh rate and color reproduction. The smartphone is also expected to stand out in the photography department, as the company has already confirmed that it will be equipped with Sony's newest image sensor, which comes with a 2 x 2 lens-on-chip (OCL) solution. It promises a faster and more accurate autofocus and a better focusing experience in low light conditions.
Other characteristics and technical specifications will be of high performance, but we still don't know what exactly they will be. However, there is little left to know them. Surely the company would be revealing them before the launch of the mobile.
