OxygenOS 10.5.4 for the OnePlus Nord does not bring great things, but several optimizations
As with most typical maintenance software updates, OxygenOS 10.5.4 comes with minor bug fixes, system optimizations, and various improvements.
This firmware package is currently being offered in India and the rest of the world only, not including Europe. However, in the next few hours or days it will be offered throughout the European continent, since its arrival in all countries is assured. This is because it is a gradual OTA, and these types of updates are always offered in stages.
The changelog mentions an improved startup speed for the Gallery appas well as an improved viewing experience (it remains to be seen if this means that the low brightness tint documented by some users has been corrected), better camera quality when making video calls, better color accuracy and white balance for selfies and greater intensity and color accuracy from the macro camera.
In addition to this, the update eliminates problems such as not being able to join the Red Cable Club in India, background music playback when launching the front camera and Notes sync failure in India.

Although the update is global, as we said, it seems that it is not available in all units. The company has said that it will first reach a certain percentage of users, which will go up in the course of these days.
