OnePlus wants to make it better than in previous years, when it comes to its new and upcoming high-performance smartphones. That is why, in addition to wanting to launch the OnePlus 8 this year, it also intends to make official a somewhat shorter top variant, which would be called OnePlus 8 Lite ... or this is what has been speculated. Therefore, we expect a high-end mobile with a reduced price.
However, the Chinese firm could surprise us with its first mid-range smartphone, although it is not what we expect. Whatever the case, we already have the first photos of the phone, which claim to be the real ones and correspond with the model. They are shown below.
What we can see in the supposed real photos of the OnePlus 8 Lite is a full-screen aesthetic with reduced bezels and a somewhat small elongated notch, design that differs from his first renders. This contains what appears to be an LED flash, the speaker for calls, the selfie camera and various sensors that cannot be easily seen.
The other thing we can notice about the phone is its rear triple camera. This is positioned in the upper left corner of the rear panel and vertically. The camera module is rectangular with rounded corners, as well as slightly protruding from the housing. The LED flash (which should be dual) is located outside the module, just to the right of the top sensor that leads the other two.
Of course, the logo of the brand could not be missing; This is located in the center of the rear panel, a little above the center of the panel and diagonal to the trigger system. We did not find any fingerprint reader next to it, so we dare to say that it would be implemented under the AMOLED screen that the mobile would boast of, unless it is located on the side.
The specifications of the OnePlus 8 Lite are still unknown, as well as its release date and price. Will it be released before or after the advanced OnePlus 8? This is something that we will discover soon, as well as other details.
