Jorte is an application that has both a calendar and a very simple task manager, perhaps it does not have as many options as other applications but there lies one of its great advantages, Jorte is so simple to use that it does not need your time to start using it, very practical and fast. A few weeks ago, looking for a calendar application, I came across Jorte in the Android Market by pure chance, and I can assure you that as soon as I tried this application, I had already decided that he would accompany me during this course. When we open the application we find several display options, firstly we can choose if we want to see a week in agenda format or, if we opt for the grid format, we can choose between a month, two weeks or a week. In addition, in each of these views, we can choose between different themes and the amount of elements on the screen (only calendar or calendar and tasks). That is Jorte has practically an option for each type of user. How could it be otherwise, the application has synchronization with our Google calendars.
Also this variety of options extends to widgets, where we can choose between 25 sizes of widgets and not only that but we can adjust each of them to our needs, for example in my case I use a 4 × 2 in agenda mode with upcoming events and another 4 × 1 for remind me of my tasks to finish.
La task management is extremely simple, and perhaps for some users it may be excessively so, but for those, like me, who need something simple and functional to remind them of those few important events in the day that they should not forget, this application works perfectly, since it allows us to focus on the things we still have to do.
The only problems I have found are in the event or widget modifications, since in both cases they are a bit confusing and sometimes time is wasted by not saving a modification or moving between menus to change something in one of the widgets .
Finally you have to remember that Jorte is free and that therefore you can always try it and if not you like to keep looking for your personal organizer. You will find it, of course, in the Android Market:
When I downloaded it, it immediately synced to my google calendar, but the current month; then when the google calendar was updated, the jorte did not do it and it did not synchronize me with the google calendar .. I could not synchronize them! ..as I do?
