J2Android, run ".jar" files on Android

Although applications for Android are developed in Java, in Android Java applications such as those that can be used on phones with Windows Mobile or Symbian systems cannot be run, since "normal" Java applications run in a virtual machine other than Dalvik, which is the virtual machine on which they are runs Android.

This seems to have come to an end and the company Myriad created an application called j2android which convert ".jar" files to ".apk" files. This will allow us to run a large number of applications and games that already exist for other platforms and that will be able to run on android smoothly.

This company Myriad is the one that a few weeks ago announced the development of a virtual machine for android with which the system's execution speed could be increased up to three times.

We hope to see it available to all of us soon.
