Spirit Roots takes you to the flora and fauna of Recosido's own world

Spirit Roots brings us a special experience in which the flora and fauna of the Recosido planet stand as the main protagonists. A world to discover with the special protagonist made of pieces of cloth in a unique game in the visual aspect.

Almost today we could call this Saturday as platform day, since previously we have been talking about a high quality one to pass to Spirit Root, although with other terms and conditions. More throwing at the Amanita Design games that are characterized by their great design and some almost magical peculiarities in the gaming experience they generate.

Spirit Roots takes us to the history of some inhabitants of various planets who decided not to fight any more in order to survive. To do this they united the remaining fragments of their worlds to create a great planet in which no one would violate anyone's borders. But not everything was going to be so beautiful, but someone transgresses this rule and that is what we are here for, to be witnesses of it.

At Spirit Roots we have five worlds with their own atmospheres, game rules and a great variety of enemies of all kinds. Recosido is the planet that gives life to Spirit Roots and that pleasant aroma that it gives off to breathe a game that surprises from the first minute on several facets.

Apart from the most characteristic, the visual, we can also talk about some really good animations of the character and enemies. All taken to a very characteristic environment in which no type of detail is missing. And we are not just talking about you having to be jumping, but you have to use melee weapons and even shoot with your own souls.

Spirit Roots is its own game

So we mix a variety of mechanics just like What about Cure Hunters and of which we have spoken today. It is because of that Spirit Roots moves away from the Machinarium a bit o Botanicula by Amanita Design where it rewards the puzzles more.

And we say proper for the ingenuity it has for create corn cannons operated by robot farmers, mud monsters or large spiders so that terror is drawn on the face of our very special protagonist. In total we will have ten types of enemies and dozens of game mechanics. That is, you will have to move all kinds of objects to continue to progress properly in this special game.

Special mention to soundtrack with its different themes for each scene that we will discover as we progress. Say that the enemies will not be easy at all and that, if you do not eliminate them, you will have to start the game again from the last saved point. That said, we haven't seen a lot of hype either, so it's a round game.

Still in beta

Of course, it is still a beta, so it still has room to improve, since it is a title that needs a mobile that offers some power. A fascinating game for several reasons and that has a great gaming experience for all fans of the genre of platforms. A title that will be talked about throughout the year and that adds to a good list of platforms launched in 2019.

Technically it's ten and visually raises the bar on Android. Highlight the animations of our protagonist, especially those details of when he grabs the side of a platform so that he can climb onto it and continue with our adventure. The truth is that it is very well animated and offers a lot of dynamism for this very detail. A game that looks luxurious and that you will love from the first minute of play.
