First of all this ROM has many bugs and spyware background applications. Apparently your terminal is using an original ROM but just started the phone asks you to select the language between English and Chinese. It happened to me, I solved it by changing the DNS addressing that the compilation brings by default configured for google. Therefore you must enter the configuration and change the values. That solved that same problem for me. Operators sometimes avoid unrestricted use of DNS for registration purposes. Hoped they work for you.
