- Download ADB for Windows from here.
- Activate the developers menu by clicking on Settings> About> Firmware Version up to 7 times.
- Our let's go to the developers menu and we activate USB debugging.
- Connect Note 10 to PC with USB cable.
- We let the drivers or drivers install themselves.
- We unlock the phone and in the permissions to give for memory, we use the one to allow USB debugging.
- We return to the PC and unzip the ADB ZIP in a folder in the path C: \ ADB
- Now we look for CMD in the search engine and write cd C: \ ADB
- We write now adb devices
