We are used to seeing how Chinese manufacturers are manufacturing very powerful terminals of good quality and with the occasional innovation that makes them stand out from the competition and more expert manufacturers in the field.
Thanks again to a leak of the TENAA certification from China, we know that Honor has in its hands a smartphone with a sliding camera which will give a lot to talk about.
This device of which we still do not know its official name but we do know its code name, ATH-AL00, will be one of the devices that will attract the most attention by the end of the year. It is not that it is a terminal with great specifications that we will see later, but there is a very peculiar detail that will make us talk and that is, the sliding camera.
A sliding camera, good option?
This sliding camera will be the part of the device that will stand out the most with respect to the terminals of the competition. It is curious to see how the front camera of this terminal can be easily hidden and appear by sliding the back. It is also curious to see how the front camera goes with the same module as the rear camera, so in order to use it we will have to slide the back part so that the front camera appears on the front of the device.
According to the Chinese manufacturer, making this design saves space in the upper front part of the terminal, something that users appreciate a lot. I do not know to what extent it can be good to hide a camera every two by three ... but whatever it may be, this innovation from China will have to be tested to see if it is functional or not. This camera, which we do not know how many megapixels it will have or which sensor it will mount, will have Double LED Flash that it shares with the rear camera of the same.
In addition, the device contains another peculiarity that makes it different and that is that it has a fingerprint sensor located on the side of the smartphone, a good place if we take into account that the terminals are usually held with one hand and the thumb is located on the side of a device.
Otherwise we can tell you little more about this terminal since there are hardly any rumors about this future Honor terminal.
