If suddenly your Google Home or Home Mini does not work, it is Google's fault

Google Home does not work

As we cannot be aware of all the firmware that our Google Home receives or Home Mini, if for whatever reason it does not work today some, the fault is Google.

By the looks of it, in one of those automatic firmware updates Of these two home devices, the big G has "broken" one of them. That is, not all Google Home and Home Mini have made a brick or have been like a brick.

Quite a few users have posted in various forums that your Google Home and Home Mini do not work after being updated. The worst thing is that when they are no longer under warranty, everything seems to indicate that they are going to keep a nice or strange collector's item without any use.

Google Home does not work

This problem has already been key for a while with these devices for home automation. And in fact, in the Google support forums many users can be found reporting the serious failure of their devices.

That is, when they come home and look at their Home Mini or Home, they are found with all the LEDs on and with a device to which nothing can be done. That is, it is completely disabled. Luckily, some have been able to restart it with a factory reset, but other users can no longer do anything with their Google Home Mini turned into a brick.

Google has posted on the forums that they are working on the issue and reviewing what may be the root cause for all those affected Google Home and Home mini devices. But one thing happens, that statement was published on September 28. And it has been almost a month without knowing anything. Only that the line of users with their Mini and Home affected is increasing; and just shortly after the new edition of the new Mini.

I have a google home mini, it suddenly stopped working. It has 3 lights on, one green and two white. Try to reset it in the back as the company says and it does nothing. still the same. Ame contacted a Google assistant and he told me that it was not true that the firmware caused it to stop working. How weird that. it happens to many people. As I am from Puerto Rico, they cannot replace my apparat o. Lost money.
