GCA Launcher is yet another opportunity to move on from the launcher that has been with us for many years and that, with the excuse that it is inspired by Chrome OS and the Pixel Launcher, is the way to entice us to at least give it a try.
This launcher is characterized by bringing another experience different from the one we are used to, although it does not forget the app drawer to be able to take our favorite apps to the quick access bar. A curious launcher for its elegant shape to fight our way through the adjustments.
A launcher that consumes few resources
If you are used to have each «GO» app installed released on the market, this launcher called GCA Launcher is the best battle companion, since it consumes very little resources and has been designed with the idea in mind of reaching out to that community of Android GO users.
GCA Launcher has been designed by NX Biotic from XDA Forums and is inspired by parts of Chrome OS and some of the Pixel Launcher. This launcher is characterized by offering a single desktop screen and a very smooth experience for Android Go devices.
One of his hoots is the search bar that has multiple options and for the support of notifications in the icons in order to be aware of how many Instagram messages we have or the emails that have reached our email inbox. Managing with GCA Launcher
In a first approximation they will teach us, in English, that if we keep a click on the desktop, the side settings panel will open from the right. From that panel we can access the launcher settings in order to customize our experience a little more.
Gesturing up from the single desk the application drawer will be expanded so that we can launch them or go to your options by long pressing on one. That is, we can move with the icons and customize the toolbar on the desktop by long-pressing on the app icons. From here we will be allowed to add favorites to that same bar and thus customize a launcher that is quite unique in options.
Another of the most striking aspects of GCA Launcher is Google search bar placement located right at the bottom of the desk and taking up a lot of space. Widgets can be added from the side panel by long pressing on the desktop.

With all this, GCA Launcher it takes a few days to make us. Especially because it comes out of the same experience that we have been living through the Nova Launcher and more during these years.
