How to do it from a mobile device
Regardless of whether you carry out the process from a mobile of different brands or the version of the operating system, the application works as standard in all of them. Here I show you in a very simple way how to forward a WhatsApp message from a mobile device.
The methodology that you must follow is the one that I show you below:
- Enter the WhatsApp application as usual and go to the chat where the message or messages you want to forward are located. Remember that you can forward it to any contact, open conversation or group.
- Choose the message to forward and click on it for a few seconds. After the necessary time has elapsed, less than 4 seconds, a bar will appear at the top of the screen. Here you will find several options and on the left you will see the number of messages selected for the next action.
- If you want to choose more than one message or image, then you will need to find the next message in the same chat and lightly press. When the top bar appears, there is no need to hold down.
- In the top bar, the one that appeared recently, you must choose the icon with a curved arrow that goes to the right. Depending on the type of file, two arrows will appear, the one that goes to the left is to reply on the same message and to the right to forward.
- When we click on the option of interest, a new screen will show us to whom we want to forward the message. These will appear computer by frequent, recent and all contacts. In case you want to search for another, you can use the magnifying glass that you will find in the upper right area of the screen and then write the name of the contact.
- When selecting the contact(s) to which you will forward the messages, a green send button will appear in the lower right area. While the selected contacts will have a small green check next to the profile image.
- Click on the button and the message will be forwarded. Your contact will receive the message with a header indicating that it was forwarded.

- Log in to the WhatsApp Web version, for this you must have your mobile phone on hand where you have the official application installed.

- Enter the application, remember that for this you must have your mobile handy and scan the unit’s QR code that appears on the screen.
- Enter the conversation where the message you will forward is and choose the message you will forward.
- Unlike the methods previously described, here, to display the menu, it is necessary to right-click.
- Now we must click on “Forward message” and automatically a pop-up window will indicate who or whom you want to forward the message to. Unlike the other apps, in this one you cannot forward more than one message at a time.
