Facebook seems to want us to darken everything with Dark Mode which is being rolled out today to more users. In fact, it is testing with more users and advancing what would be the final deployment to the official Facebook app on Android.
And it is precisely one of the few «firefly» apps that we have left on Android without dark mode; and firefly we say it because when we use it at night it illuminates everything around it.
And if this year we have seen a renewal of the design in the desktop version, to receive the same dark mode, Android users of the official Facebook app for a few hours (don't miss these alternatives to the official one) they are receiving that mode.

And we have to take a little patience, since it seems there are users who do not yet have that dark mode, while others are receiving it. Apply dark mode is available in Settings and Privacy. And if you do not have it, it is not yet activated on the server side, so a little patience to have that dark mode on Facebook for mobile.
