The feature is available from the news timeline or in the mobile app from the "More" menu, the section that links you to areas such as friends, events, groups, pages, and other key features.
From this weather section, you can know the forecast for the current week thanks to the data provided by Weather.com. This way you can replace the weather app that you use daily to relegate on Facebook, although it is understood that it will be more useful from the desktop version, due to the exaggerated weight in consumption and resources of the mobile.
Facebook confirmed that the new feature, a updated version of that message that we have seen on the wall, it has already been launched to 95 percent of the world's population this week.
It is not the first time that Mark Zuckerberg's social network has tried enter this type of weather information at your service. Years ago he introduced forecasts to events and public places, and it was more recently when he was experimenting with weather updates in the news section, although this only happened in the UK.
