Energizer, the renowned manufacturer of batteries, flashlights and other devices, has presented a new smartphone focused, more than anything else, on resistance and durability: its name is Hardcase H500S, a robust low-end mobile with a fairly minimalist design.
The Energizer Hardcase H500S can survive drops from a height of one meter and it has a screen protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 glass that certifies it against scratches and bumps. It measures 5 inches diagonally and has an HD resolution. In addition to this, thanks to its 3.000mAh capacity battery, The firm points out that this terminal can hold up to 22 hours of conversation in 2G, 12 hours of talk time on 3G / 4G, 5 and a half hours of continuous video playback, and several days in standby mode.
Regarding the interior technical section, there is a quad core MediaTek MT6737 processor running at a maximum frequency of 1.3GHz. The SoC is paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage space expandable via microSD card up to 32GB.
On the other hand, as for photographic sensors, the device has a single 13 megapixel camera on the back with Face Beautification, a focused 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls, and Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box as the operating system. It also includes a hybrid dual SIM slot, has 4G LTE - VoLTE support, Bluetooth 4.0, and measures just 10 millimeters thick.
