We've talked at length about fashions, trends, prevailing genres, and more. And if we have concluded something in the many texts in which I have addressed these topics, it is that infinite race games and zombies are, without a doubt, one of the most recurrent and widespread of the entire Play Store. Today we have in our hands a game that combines both elements and mixes them with vehicles at full speed and an aesthetic with a retro touch. That's right, in short, Dead End, work of the small French studio Flying oak games.
And perhaps the most striking thing is that aesthetic Retro that we comment, for knowing how to differentiate ourselves from hackneyed aesthetics and look a little further, reminding us of the 70s with a combination of colors and, above all, an artistic design and certainly peculiar fonts. In addition, a somewhat "archaic" animation purposely sought reinforces that feeling of playing something that, by presentation, seems to be several decades old but, by concept, is totally current. And I don't think running over an infinite number of zombies without limits was the most groundbreaking thing those days.
Thus, with controls as simple as going from left to right we will have to add zombies to our counter of the undead run over while they mist the paint with their annoying blood that we will have to clean with the windshield of the car. In addition, through scores we can improve the car (wheels, resistance, windshield speed, etc.) and go through 20 different missions that, in groups of five, will give us access to cassettes with different musical themes. The game can be played, in a shortened version, without paying a penny but if we want the full version, 1,49€ is what we will have to pay.
