There is no doubt that new technologies are increasingly available to anyone, a good example of this is the Android operating system, a complete mobile operating system to carry it directly in our pocket and that allows us many functionalities to be permanently communicated wherever we are, both through the conventional mobile line and with the Internet connection available to the latest generation terminals that almost all of us carry in our pockets.
The application that I am going to present you today, AlertCops, is valid at the moment for eight autonomous communities of the Spanish state, among which are Andalusia, Illes Balears, Canary Islands, Valencian Community, Madrid y Murcia, as well as in the cities of Ceuta y Melilla. An application that will help us report or alert directly to the competent authorities and different state security forces, of any emergency that occurs in the aforementioned communities.
The project is currently only available, prior complete registration of our identity, for those eight communities mentioned above, although little by little the radius of action will be expanded, being compatible with the rest of the autonomous communities of our country.
To use it we will only have to download it directly from the Google Play Store, from the link that I leave below, and register with our national identity document DNI or NIFas well as our full name and mobile phone number. Once this registration is made in which we will have to choose a security key to protect the possible misuse of the application, we will receive a validation key via SMS to be able to access all the content of the application.
Once the application is executed we will be able to access all its functionalities, some options that will allow us alert state security forces to emergencies of the type:
- Robbery, robbery, assault.
- Vandalism and damage.
- Aggression.
- Sexual assault
- Bullying
- Fight between groups.
- Lost or missing.
- Test alert.
- Request for information.
AlertCops, as its own name indicates, it is not any type of game for children, but rather a complete help tool within the reach of our Android, an alert tool for emergency situationsWhich send the corresponding security alert to the police accompanied by all the data of our registered account, so be very careful with what you do with this useful application since all this is promptly reported to the competent authority.
By this I mean that if you are in an area where the application is activated and works perfectly, you can take advantage of the extra security offered by having a direct line with the police and state security forces. Always with head of what we do since the complaint that reaches the competent authority is signed with our credentials.
