A leaked invitation confirms that the OnePlus 6T will be presented on October 17

OnePlus 6T invitation

OnePlus has not yet given an official presentation date for the OnePlus 6T, however, previous rumors said that October 17 is the day chosen by the company, today this could be confirmed.

An invitation, which is apparently for the presentation of the OnePlus 6T in India, has been leaked and the date of the event is next October 17, which confirms the previous rumor.

Like the previous publicity of the OP6T, the invitation contains the slogan “unlock the speed”(Unleash the speed). This motto is believed to refer to the new fingerprint sensor integrated with the display.

The OnePlus 6T is said to remove the usual fingerprint sensor located on the back to bring it to the front and make it faster, this has already been confirmed by the company, in addition to being seen in several real photos that were leaked before.

The India launch may not be the first, or at least it will not be the only one and will coincide with the launch in Europe or America. The device already has the title of being the first to have support from a US telephone operator, specifically, T-Mobile.

As for its features, the OnePlus 6T is expected to have a Snapdradon 846 processor similar to the OnePlus 6 with two RAM options, 6 GB and 8 GB. The 8GB variant would arrive with either 128GB or 256GB of storage, while the 6GB variant would only be paired with 64GB of storage.

The screen is rumored to be 6.4 inches long with FullHD + resolution and to come with the Android 9.0 Pie operating system out of the box, obviously under the company's exclusive OxygenOS customization layer.
