If we have periodically talked about Xiaomi, it is for one main reason and this is that they have been capable of growing exponentially in a few years thanks to a large repertoire of smartphones that have managed to fit the needs of millions of people around the world. Their phones are the best to advise a relative who does not want to go over € 150 and wants high quality hardware. One enters Amazon and you can find several Xiaomi that from a price range of € 100 to € 200 are capable of bringing the best to a user.
One of those series that has received great acceptance is Redmi, a phone that was released August 2013 and of which the manufacturer has been able to sell more than 110 million terminals globally in the last three years. This is the figure that Hugo Barra, global vice president of Xiaomi, has just shared from his Twitter account and to which he has added that a large majority of Redmi users are people between 22 and 29 years old.
Barra has not offered any type of data regarding the regions where this great series called Redmi has been sold the most, but he did mention it during the launch of the Mi Max in India. In this country it has sold more than 1 million units of the Redmi Note 3 in just six months. After China, India is the manufacturer's largest market, with the company expanding its distribution network in the country to include brick-and-mortar stores.
Xiaomi has sold 110 million Redmi phones globally since our first Redmi phone launched in Aug 2013. That's 1.21 units per second in 3 years!

So it seems like this week it starts well butt, after knowing the above about the Mi 5s, with a series of news that will get great attention from the media and those millions of users who have trusted the brand since they began to launch terminals with great value for money.
