This personal Top is a Top very, very special since I have not resorted to those great applications that are successful in downloads that everyone already knows.. So I have opted for relatively little-known applications, all of them free and open source with the exception of the first application that I present in the attached video, an app that, although it has integrated advertising through a small banner, this one does not It is too annoying and worth bearing, especially because of the minimalist user interface of the application and all the Widgets that it has.

Overdrop - Animated Weather & Widgets (unpublished)
Over dropAlthough it is still in a development version and it is the only one of the three weather forecast applications that has integrated advertising, I wanted to include it in this Top 3 weather forecast applications for its neat and minimalist user interface and especially for its tremendous desktop widgets.

Klara
Klara is an Open Source or open source weather forecast application. An application that deviates a lot from the established norm since it offers us a user interface that, although for me it is somewhat ugly, for those who are really interested in information about everything related to time and climatology, is the one that will give us more concise information, in a more direct, clearer and above all in a much more graphic way than the previous ones.

Weather and widget - Weawow
weawow It is also an open source application, totally free and without integrated ads or in-app payments. An application that, of the three that I have recommended here and now, is for me the most beautiful of all since it has a very, very elaborate and worked user interface.
A highlight of this app, apart from its reliable and concise data since this is a common denominator of the three apps that I recommend in this post, we can highlight its elegant dark theme In addition, we have it completely in Spanish and with clear and understandable information for all users.
If we add to this the main photograph that changes every time we enter the app, (changing and adapting to the current weather situation), all the information that the application offers us and the tremendous weather radar in real time that we have, we are without a doubt before the best application of the three that I present today in this post.
The radar part is a part that we can configure as layers to see the information that interests us the most: so we have all kinds of layers to select, layers such as the situation and progress of rain and snow, temperature, cloudiness, wind or even the state of the waves, sea temperature, CO2 concentration in the environment or dust mass.
Those layers are just a few examples or samples of the 35 layers available that we have completely free of charge, so for all this that I explain, Weawow is for me the Top one of the weather forecast applications.
