Chinese manufacturer ZTE wants its terminals to be up to date when it comes to innovation. The world of smartphones has become a bit stagnant and few companies seek to innovate in this sector. One of them was the Korean Samsung who opted to take out a very Samsung terminal and with the screen curved at its edges. Whether or not that curved screen of the S6 Edge is useful, what is clear is that since its launch on the market, smartphone manufacturers want to incorporate this type of screen in their devices.
Incorporating the curved screen in your devices is the fashion of mobile phone manufacturers. Now it is another Chinese manufacturer that targets the trend of curved screens. According to a leak, we can see how one of the next terminals of the Chinese march, the ZTE Nubia Z9 will come equipped with this screen. This range is not well known outside the Asian market but it is already we have talked about it from time to time on the blog.
The leaked image of this Z9 shows how the future Chinese terminal will physically be. We can see how the terminal will have a metal frame and an elongated design, with lines that remind us of Apple's iPhone 6 and with buttons that remind us of Samsung phones. We also observe how the terminal will incorporate a curved screen on its sides, so that the side frames disappear, making practically the entire front of the ZTE Nubia Z9 a screen.
In addition, these images are accompanied by rumors about their specifications. The Nubia Z9 would be equipped with a 5,5 ″ inch screen with 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution, all under one processor Snapdragon 810 with 64-bit architecture. It is rumored that the RAM memory could be 3GB and it would have a fingerprint reader. As regards the other specifications, they are currently unknown.
