When today we are facing Slack, Trello, Dropbox, Spaces, CRMs of all kinds and those cloud 360 solutions, there is always room for another new app such as Zenchat, and that combines a chat app with a task app. In other words, it's like merging Slack with Trello; in fact already in March of this year we made a good summary for teleworking of the best.
With this new app for our mobiles we can combine the force of these two so as not to have to be moving from one to another, but to have both the creation of the tasks and the chats that surround them in one. Let's see if little by little Zenchat will gain some margin of users to grow in number.
Create tasks in a single message
zenchat It is characterized by the use of tasks and chats to compose the different themes or groups in which we are going to collaborate. It is as simple as creating a group to assign to several contacts and from there let's start chatting as if we were on WhatsApp ourselves.
So far there is not much difference, since we have practically the same functions as the app owned by Facebook. But where the main virtue of Zenchat lies is in the possibility of creating themes of conversation. We simply click on the + icon and it will allow us to create a topic or subject that will be assigned to a hashtag.
That hashtag will allow us to differentiate the conversations assigned to it from the main screen of the created group, so we can quickly get on the sidewalk to start talking or chatting in the same. If we click on that created issue, we can chat from another window or screen that opens assigned to that issue.
Zenchat to energize groups
From that subject created in a chat group we can assign tasks as if we were in a to-do list app. For example we can create a Christmas shopping issue and from "Show details" we find due date, reminder, add subtask, notes and attachments.
That is, we can give it all the necessary depth so that from matter We can upload photos taken in the supermarket for an idea to eat at Christmas, add subtasks to those who are in that matter or group or even put a deadline or a reminder.
Is this part of the tasks with all its possibilities which gives a very special point to Zenchat. And that surely in a matter of time we will see in other apps such as Telegram or WhatsApp, since they allow to energize groups.
Improving workflow or collaboration
There are not a few collaborative apps that are being launched and more in these days of teleworking in which with a good app we can forget to be using several.
Zenchat is in Spanish, so there is no possible excuse not to try your expertise. Yes, we would like it to be possible to customize the color of the subjects so that we could differentiate them quickly, although we can understand that it would be an amalgam of colors if we had several assets from a group.
Now we can see the route of this app to which we also miss that it had a desktop version so that we could switch from mobile to laptop. It is a good start as a good base for an app to collaborate with others and make those chats more productive.
