Xperia Z5 Plus, 4K screen and fingerprint sensor

A new Sony device could arrive during the month of September. Specifically, during the celebration of the last great technology fair of the year, the IFA in Berlin. We have already seen how there are several manufacturers that will seek to be the cover of all the news since there, in the German capital, they will present their latest news.

Motorola, Samsung and now Sony, will be companies that will present new gadgets during the days of the IFA. This last company could present, among many other things, its new terminal. A smartphone with phablet dimensions with a screen never seen before.

This smartphone would be the Sony Xperia Z5Plus. This could be the new flagship of the Japanese company and it would come to monopolize the mark left by the old Sony Ultra models. Thanks again to a leak, we know some other interesting information about this new device in the Xperia range.

The Xperia Z5 Plus would stand out for its screen, since it would be a screen with a resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels or what is the same, a 4K UHD display. We do not know the size, but it is clear that we are facing a larger screen than what we are currently used to seeing in the Xperia Z range. Regarding its design, it will continue to be very similar to the current range that exists in the market but this would include a fingerprint sensor. In the images we can see how, probably, this new terminal is in three different colors: silver, black and gold.

We will be watching next month during the IFA celebration to see if the rumors are true or not. If the leaks were on the right track, we would be talking about this terminal being the first device in the Xperia Z range to mount a 4K resolution screen, leaving aside the current FullHD panels.
