Xiaomi Mi5, better performance at a lower price
The Mobile World Congress of Barcelona 2016 comes to an end but not the surprises that this event brings us each year. As every year, large technology firms take advantage of the attention aroused in Barcelona to present their hardware news, but the best surprises always come a little later, when the analysis and comparisons begin.
The three devices mentioned, Xiaomi Mi5, Samsung S7 and LG G5 share many characteristics such as the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor or the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system "made up" with a layer of customization carried out by each of the brands but despite this , the second two have been somewhat overshadowed by the Xiaomi Mi5.
Performance tests conducted by AnTuTu have given the Xiaomi Mi5, a device whose price starts at €300 (less than half that of any of the other two), a score of 142.084 compared to the 133.054 for the LG G5 or the €116.668 for the Samsung Galaxy S7.
This test shows, once again, that the most expensive is not always necessarily the best.
