Xiaomi already announced on teaser of his imminent phablet Max with a 6,4 inch screen. Today Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the smartphone will be announced on May 10.
While in previous rumors it had been cited that it would have a Quad HD screen resolution and that it would be working thanks to Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 chip, GFXBench reveals that it will be a mid-range smartphone with 1080p resolution and than a Snapdragon 650 SoC, similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3.
It is with that same Xiaomi mobile with which there are many similarities in several respects, although it is not clear if it will have several SIM slots or will carry a hybrid. The battery life is also a mystery, but it could perfectly reach 5.000 mAh. Another of its details would be the presence of a fingerprint sensor on the back. Here is the list of rumored specs so far.

The announcement of the Xiaomi Max will take place at the Beijing National Convention Center on May 10.
