Just yesterday we were announcing how the user manual for a new tablet had appeared with lower specifications as is the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite.
And in less than a day, Samsung is out to announce it officially bringing us some images to check closely the new tablet that is supposed to come for an audience that wants a low cost.
This morning the Korean company has offered details about the new member which joins the Galaxy Tab family. The official specifications confirm what we were discussing yesterday.
The Galaxy Tab 3 Lite will use a 3600 mAh battery that will be able to reach at eight hours of video playback. The tablet has a 7-inch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 600. And in the software we will have the version of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
The processor found in the guts of the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite is 1.2 GHz dual-core. It is a tablet that does not have a front camera and the rear only reaches 2 megapixels, although it has some features in the software to take into account such as panoramic photos.
The other hardware features are Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, and GPS, which is common in any device today. The tablet also has Bluetooth 4.0 and the processor at a 1.2 GHz clock works with a 1GB RAM. The internal storage is 8GB.
Although it may seem like little storage, the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite can expand its memory with a microSD card up to 32GB. The colors in which it will be released will be black and white. And at the moment there is no information on the price or when it will be launched.
There is really nothing that stands out about this new Samsung tablet, so we will have to wait for the price, to see if it is really the reason to acquire one, since it is supposed to be low cost according to the specifications given by the Korean company.
