The fact that OnePlus 5 and 5T have been launched in 2017 does not mean that they are obsolete smartphones, and less with Android 10, an update that has finally arrived in its stable form for this duo.
The company has fulfilled its promise: both phones are already receiving this great update, which would be the last for them.
Stable stable Android 10 arrives on the OnePlus 5 and 5T
The firmware package that adds stable Android 10 to the OnePlus 5 and 5T is gradually being released, but it will reach all units globally in a matter of hours, days or a few weeks; you have to be checking. The changelog for the update is as follows:

- Updated to Android 10
- New user interface design
- Improved location permissions for privacy
- New customization feature in Settings that allows you to choose icon shapes to display in Quick Settings
- Play space
- The new Game Space feature now adds all your favorite games in one place for easier access and a better gaming experience.
- Message
- Now it is possible to block spam by keywords for Message (Messages - Spam - Settings - Blocking settings)
- Full screen gestures
- Removed back gesture from bottom of screen.
- Added a back gesture on the left and right side of the phone.
- Added a bottom navigation bar to allow toggle left or right for recent apps
- Camera
- Electronic Image Stabilization is currently undergoing optimization and will be included in later, more stable versions. Please stay tuned.
The usual: we recommend having the respective smartphone connected to a stable and high-speed Wi-Fi network to download and then install the new firmware package, in order to avoid unwanted consumption of the provider's data package. It is also vitally important to have a good battery level to avoid any possible inconvenience during the installation process.
