The PlayStation application is updated by adding messages, voice chats and access to the store

PlayStation App

From Sony they have shown in recent years that their thing is not only not mobile phones, but they are not good at creating mobile phone apps either. A proof of what I am saying is that in order to send messages to our friends, a different application than the official application is necessary, an application that is hardly useful.

With the upcoming release of the PlayStation 5, from Sony it seems that the batteries have been put (Let's see if they do the same is their mobile division) and they have launched a new update of the PlayStation application for Android (also for iOS) an application that adds many new features.

With the launch of the PlayStation 5, many were the users who were wondering what Sony expected to reshape the application to adapt it to current times, integrating part of the applications that now works independently in one.

Thanks to this update, no longer need to use the PS Messages appSince it is integrated into the main application, the main application that also adds voice chats (already available through the platform) and discussion groups.

Another novelty is found in that it offers us direct access to the PlayStation Store and the ability to start downloading remotely on the console so that when we get home, we can enjoy the last game we've bought.

As well the user interface has been redesigned and a new section has been added with the latest news related to PlayStation, where we will have all the information related to the exclusives for PS5. The console is officially launched on November 12, although some countries will have to wait a few days to enjoy it.

In order to install the application, our Android device must be managed by Android 6. or higher and have a PlayStation Network account. We can download for free through the link that I leave below.
