Oppo has already made its new mid-range device official: the Oppo F9. This smartphone has just been launched in several regions and, because the company has been making it known little by little, its design and some features are not surprising.
Among the qualities that stand out most of this mobile, we find the crystal Corning Gorilla Glass 6, the new glass recently presented that debuts in this terminal. It also highlights a rather demure notch and other benefits. Get to know them all!
The Oppo F9 comes with a 6.3-inch length IPS LCD screen with a notch called water drop, due to the similarity that it has with a drop of water. Overall, the panel comes set to a FullHD + resolution of 2.340 x 1.080 pixels (19.5: 9) and occupies 84% of the entire front side. At the same time, as we highlighted above, it has a Corning Gorilla Glass 6 glass, which is capable of withstanding up to 15 drops from 1 meter high on hard surfaces without breaking.
The processor chosen to power this phone has been a Eight-core Mediatek Helio P60 (MT6771) (4x Cortex-A73 at 2.0GHz + 4x Cortex-A53 at 2.0GHz) together with a Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. At the same time, this chip is backed by a 6GB RAM, by 64GB of internal memory -expandable via microSD with up to 256GB capacity- and by a 3.500mAh battery with the company's own VOOC fast-charging technology.
In the photographic department, the Oppo F9 comes equipped with a dual rear camera of 16MP (f / 1.9) and 2MP, and a 25MP front with f / 2.0 aperture.
Regarding other features, the terminal runs Android 8.1 Oreo as the operating system and it has 4G LTE support, Wifi 802.11 ac with MIMO, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, FM Radio, microUSB port and 3.5mm Jack. It measures 156.7 x 74 x 8 millimeters and weighs 169 grams.
