TeamViewer is one of the best services for remote access on Android, and QuickSupport is the application that provides a higher configuration level, but with the handicap that it only offered most of its functions to Samsung's Android terminals and those with ROOT privileges.
Now those of you who have an Asus, Lenovo or Caterpillar tablet or smartphone can opt to be able to use all the functionalities from Team Viewer QuickSupport.
The TeamViewer QuickSupport application has the drawback that a specific device is needed from a manufacturer or device with ROOT privileges. Today QuickSupport has been updated to work on Asus, Lenovo and Caterpillar tablets and smartphones without the need for ROOT permissions.
QuickSupport can be installed on any Android device, be it a tablet or smartphone that has Android 2.3 or higher. TeamViewer is installed on a desktop computer and the remote connection is started with a code with nine digits.
On any device, a user can see the use of CPU and RAM, storage, installed applications, basic WiFi settings, a chat window and many other options, although they do not reach all those offered by AirDroid for example. Although it must be taken into account that any change, such as an application uninstallation, will need to be verified by an Android user.
If the device has ROOT privileges, it can be completely controlled just like remote access from a PC. Previously only Samsung devices could remotely control them without ROOT, but now TeamViewer has expanded the support to more like those mentioned.
So if you have one of these devices you can go to its free download from the widget below.
