Suhide is the new Chainfire app that hides the ROOT status from apps

Suhide

Chainfire is one of the most famous creators of Android and this year it was able to bypass some apps that Google does not want to be able to access their guts. In today's world where mobile payments are going to be a trend, those in Mountain View are trying to give way to ROOT privileges for the most important apps such as Android Pay.

If Chainfire was able to root by accident earlier in the year, Google eventually ended up patching and rejecting root users again. "Systemless root" was not created only to work in Android Pay, but to relegate to a boot partition instead of a system partition and this app was not able to detect which users were root through this method. But as you would say, the goat always returns to the mountain and Chainfire is back with an app called Suhide.

Suhide is an app that allows you hide the fact that you have a rooted device for certain apps as it seems to be happening with Android Pay and many others that require the user not to have ROOT privileges. The app will only work on ROMs based on Android Marshmallow or higher.

You also have to be a little cautious, since the operation of this app it won't be foreveras Google will try to make it stop working. Chainfire, however, published an entry explaining why Google will prevent an app like Suhide from working and how it will reject other methods with which root users can hide the fact that they have those privileges that allow them to modify system files.

For now, rooted users can use Android Pay, but knowing that It will not be for long.

You can download it from XDA.
