Sony anticipates on Twitter devices that reach 2 meters of depth underwater

With this, the Japanese company suggests that it has prepared a few devices with a high capacity for resistance against water.

Just recently they revealed the Xperia M2 Aqua with IP65 / IP68 certification, making it in one of the most water resistant devices, although even this one could not exceed 1.5 meters in depth according to the same Sony specifications.

So as Sony indicates, we could be facing some new devices that could be submerged up to 2 meters deep conferring them with excellent benefits in this sense. One of the highlights of all the terminals that the Japanese manufacturer has been launching in recent years.
