Sony anticipates on Twitter devices that reach 2 meters of depth underwater

Sony is on top with the IFA fair and this is demonstrated by the new tweet that has been launched from its Twitter account warning of new devices that may remain underwater up to 2 meters deep.

With all the attention this conference is receiving for the next few days, the various gadgets that will appear of the different manufacturers will be the protagonists being one of the years where we will see more Android devices than ever. And meanwhile, we can announce the different news that some of them will pick up, such as this ability of Sony devices to submerge them in water at that depth.

From Sony we have already had enough information in the past weeks with his IFA teaser video, or what awaits us from its new terminals such as the same Xperia Z3 or Tablet Z3 Compact.

Just yesterday, a new message was launched from Sony's Twitter account composed of "We will go deep in # IFA2014, but how deep?" and an image of the depths of a pool with an arrow indicating 2 meters. With this, the Japanese company suggests that it has prepared a few devices with a high capacity for resistance against water.

Just recently they revealed the Xperia M2 Aqua with IP65 / IP68 certification, making it in one of the most water resistant devices, although even this one could not exceed 1.5 meters in depth according to the same Sony specifications.

So as Sony indicates, we could be facing some new devices that could be submerged up to 2 meters deep conferring them with excellent benefits in this sense. One of the highlights of all the terminals that the Japanese manufacturer has been launching in recent years.

The IP68 certification, which confers capabilities to submerge a terminal up to 3 meters, It could be the standard of some of the devices that we will see in the coming days at the IFA 2014 fair in Berlin.
