A feature of the phone that more and more manufacturers were incorporating due to how comfortable we know in advance what is waiting for us on the phone when we unlock it.
Samsung also has it in its smartphones, but it could soon replace this functionality with something that it has referred to as «Smart Glow». A characteristic that consists of a luminous colored ring that surrounds the back of the device and notifies users about calls and texts, but also when the battery is low or has reached its full charge.
The main function of "Smart Glow" is for notifications, but it also helps with photos known as selfies. If a user intends to take a photo using the main camera of their phone, the rear, the assistant called "Selfie Assist" of Smart Glow will it will turn on when it detects your face, so that it automatically takes a snapshot a few seconds later.
The first Samsung smartphone to feature these special notifications will be the imminent Galaxy J2, which at the moment is destined to reach India. Samsung has yet to go through the official announcement of the feature, since at the moment it has not emerged from its mouth and if it will appear in the next Galaxy Note 7, we know more and more about, or the future terminals of the Galaxy S series.
An interesting initiative that will try to replace that LED that is almost established in the vast majority of telephones and that allows us to save the action of turning on the mobile when we know that we have received a WhatsApp message and we do not want to communicate, for whatever reason, with anyone.
