Google Maps has been an important application for many years within the many resources that the Mountain View company makes available to us. Thanks to Maps we can locate locations in a matter of minutes, being necessary even for many people who usually work in transport and delivery.
The Google Maps app allows you to save locationsSimply search for one initially and save it thanks to the many options it offers us. This function was included about three years ago, but if you did not know it, it is not too late because it is valid today.
How to save location on Google Maps
We have saved several addresses that we use regularly, even some that have been difficult for us to find as a street is quite hidden. It is a useful trick if you do not usually visit that site on a regular basis, so we suggest saving each of the locations at that time.
The steps to save the locations in "Saved" go through the following instructions:
- Open the Google Maps application on your phone and search for an address that you want to save in "Saved"
- Once found click on the name of the street, now when it shows you the address at the bottom click on the white field on the right until you skip the options
- Now you will see the options "How to get there", "Save" and "Share"
- From these options choose the second, Save and everything will be ready to have it among the sites that you save if you usually visit them in a timely manner
Once saved to find this we will have to go to the "Saved" section which is located in the Google Maps option, just in the three lines in the upper left, click on it, it appears to us with the name of «Your sites»> Saved> Featured sites (this will be shown with a padlock and will put us “Private.” The private mark is not shared with Google at that time, the location will be kept private when saving.
