From the same publication of Samsung it can be collected that the devices available for Samsung TV Plus are the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S20, Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 20. The app is available in both the Galaxy Store and the Google Play Store for those selected devices for free.
